Who it's for
Built for the person who actually runs the move.
Every PCS has a project manager, and across most military families it's the spouse. The playbook is built for both sides of that team.
For the spouse
You're already running the show.
You're the one with the binder, the housing-office calls, and the conversations with a moving company you've never met. The playbook pulls every task and entitlement for your specific move into one place. What to do, when to do it, what the rules actually say, and where the paperwork lives. Your view organizes around the household calendar.
For the service member
Get the paperwork right the first time.
Your job already takes the hours you have. The playbook walks you through what personnel, finance, and the gaining unit actually need from you. DPS, BAH change, dependents, orders endorsements. So the paperwork is right the first time and nothing bounces back two days before your report date.
Works for Army · Air Force · Navy · Marine Corps · Space Force · Coast Guard families. CONUS and OCONUS orders.
What's in your playbook

Every section is generated based on your branch, rank, dependents, and whether you're moving CONUS or OCONUS.

Why I built it
I built the tool I wish I'd had.
I've moved my family on orders more than once, and every time it was the same. Nobody could tell me in one place what I was owed, what I had to file, and by when. I'd find out about an entitlement after the window to claim it had already closed.
So I built PCS Copilot. Every task and every dollar tied to your exact orders, in the order you actually need to do them. If it doesn't help your move, you get your money back.

Frequently asked
Questions people actually ask.
Is this just a generic checklist?
No. The playbook is generated from your specific orders. Your branch, rank, dependents, CONUS or OCONUS, school-year timing. Two different moves produce two different playbooks.
What if my move is complicated (OCONUS, EFMP, mid-school-year, all of it)?
The intake asks about all of that and the playbook adapts. OCONUS gets the full overseas module. EFMP gets the EFMP timeline. School-year moves get the academic continuity section.
Can both of us use the same playbook?
Yes. It's built for both of you. The spouse view organizes by household calendar, the service-member view organizes by paperwork checklist. Same playbook, two views, one link for your household.
What is the refund process?
Email roger@pcscopilot.com within 24 hours of your purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. After 24 hours, email me anyway and I'll handle it case by case. Refunds go back to your original payment method.
How is this different from the briefing at family services?
The family services briefing covers everything that could possibly apply to anyone. The playbook covers what applies to your specific orders, in the sequence you need to do it. It's specificity, not coverage.
Your next PCS doesn't have to be chaos.
Know what you're owed. Know what to do. Every step, every dollar, every deadline, keyed to your move.
